The Xenios USA® Training Rope is the perfect solution to strengthen your arms and body upper part and can be hooked into a wall mounted ring to train both arms simultaneously. Ropes comes out with wall mounted ring included and in two main versions: Nylon and Natural Sisal Nylon encased (usually used for marine purposes due to its  strong resistance). Each version is available in two gauges: - 15m x 38mm gauge rope makes you train with a medium-light weight of 0,86 Kg/m; - 15m x 50mm gauge rope makes you train with a harder and havier weight of 1,46 Kg/m.
